- To apply for a refund, you must email [email protected].
3.2. Involuntary Refunds (Cancellation by Us)
If We cancel a Service, fail to operate a Service according to the published schedule, or there are insufficient seats due to accidental overbooking, and as a consequence You reasonably decide not to travel, You may claim a full refund equal to the fare paid. No compensation for consequential loss whatsoever will be payable by the Company.

5. Liability, Delays, and Luggage
5.1. Delays and Breakdown
- We give advice on journey time in good faith; however, as a result of events beyond Our control (e.g., traffic, weather, mechanical breakdown), journeys may take longer than predicted.

When You book with Us, the Service may be operated by third-party service providers. While We select them carefully, We are not responsible for the correct performance or otherwise of these third-party suppliers. The ticket holder travels under the liability of the third-party supplier, not the Company.
