- How do I book transport to an event?
- Simply browse our upcoming events, select the one you're interested in, choose the number of tickets, and add them to your cart. You can then proceed to checkout to complete your booking. Alternatively, contact us for a custom quote.
- What pick-up points do you offer?
- The specific pick-up and drop-off points are confirmed in your booking confirmation email. For private hire, the locations will be agreed upon during the booking process.
- Can I cancel my booking?
- You can receive a refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled departure, subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made after this deadline are generally non-refundable.
- What if I leave an item on the coach?
- We are not liable for lost luggage or personal items. If an item is found, we will take reasonable care of it for 7 days. You should contact us immediately at [email protected] to report the loss.
- How do I get a quote for private hire?
- You can request a quote through our website by clicking the 'Get a Quote' button, calling us at 087 985 8513, or emailing [email protected]. We typically respond within 24 hours.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Our payment gateway, provided through BOI Payment Acceptance, allows us to securely process virtually all standard payment methods.
